Appointments

Online bookings are requests: your appointment is confirmed when the salon approves it, and we let you know by text message.

Final price may vary with nail art, rhinestones or extra services added in the salon.

To change or cancel an appointment, call us at (805) 978-0203.

Appointment text messages (SMS)

Program: Luxe Nails Salon appointment texts.

You receive these texts only if you agree: by checking the optional box when you book online or sign up on the screen at the salon, or by telling our team that you agree (we then send you one text confirming it). Consent is not a condition of purchase: without it you can still book, and we confirm your appointment by email or a phone call. If you agree, you will receive text messages from Luxe Nails Salon at that number about your appointments:

• Booking request received and appointment confirmation.
• A reminder before your appointment (reply YES to confirm you are coming).
• Changes or cancellations of your appointment.
• One request to review us on Google after your visit (at most once every 90 days).
• Replies from the salon when you text us.

Message frequency, cost and help

• Message frequency varies: usually 2 to 4 messages per appointment.
• Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
• Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages. We will send one message confirming that you are unsubscribed and no further messages after that.
• Reply START to receive messages again.
• Reply HELP for help, or call us at (805) 978-0203.
• Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• We do not send promotional or marketing texts under this program.

If you prefer not to receive texts, you can still book by calling (805) 978-0203 or by visiting the salon; we will contact you by phone call instead.
