What we collect

• First name, last name and mobile phone number (required to book).
• Email address and birthday month and day, only if you choose to give them.
• Your appointments: services, date, time, who attends you, notes you write and payments made in the salon.
• Your preferred language and whether you accepted or declined text messages, with the date.
• Technical data needed to protect the website from abuse (such as your IP address for a short time) and a cookie that remembers your language.
• Anonymous statistics about how visitors use our public website (pages viewed, device type, approximate city), collected with Google Analytics cookies. They do not include your name, phone or appointments.

How we use it

• To book, confirm, remind, change or cancel your appointments.
• To send the appointment text messages described in our Terms & SMS Policy.
• To answer your questions and keep a history of your visits in the salon.

Text messages and your phone number

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.

All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Who helps us

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only use service providers that help us run the salon system:

• Cloudflare: website hosting and secure storage of the booking system.
• Telnyx and mobile carriers: delivery of text messages.
• Email delivery, only if you gave us your email.
• Google Maps: the map on our website is provided by Google and is subject to Google’s privacy policy.
• Google Analytics: anonymous website statistics. You can block it with your browser settings or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).

How long we keep it and your choices

We keep your information while you are a client of the salon so we can keep your visit history.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop texts, by calling (805) 978-0203, replying STOP, or visiting the salon.

Our website is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information online.
